Kailey Brennan Integrative Acupuncture is a wellness practice in Fort Collins, Colorado specializing in acupuncture and integrative treatments rooted in traditional Chinese medicine. The project began with the creation of a complete brand identity, including logo design, color palette, and a visual language inspired by the natural environment of Northern Colorado. The goal was to establish a calm, professional brand presence that reflected the practice’s holistic philosophy while creating a stronger foundation for its digital presence.

The previous website was built on a free Weebly platform with limited flexibility and poor search visibility. To address those limitations, I rebuilt the site from the ground up as a fully custom WordPress website. This gave the practice far greater flexibility in design and content management while also improving performance, maintainability, and search optimization. Rather than working within the constraints of the previous platform, the new site was designed to provide a more polished and scalable foundation that better supported both the brand and the needs of potential patients.

A major part of the project involved reorganizing the site architecture to improve clarity and service discovery. Instead of listing treatments on a single page, the new structure introduced dedicated landing pages for each service. This made it easier for visitors to understand available treatments and helped improve the site’s relevance for more specific search queries. The result was a clearer user experience paired with a stronger SEO framework tailored to the practice’s services and local market.

The redesign also brought the new visual identity into the web experience, creating a cohesive presentation across typography, color, and layout. This helped the site feel more aligned with the tone of the practice while maintaining a clean and approachable interface.

As a result of the redesign and SEO improvements, the practice saw approximately a 75% increase in search visibility for acupuncture in Fort Collins, with rankings consistently appearing on the first page of Google.
