As part of a broader digital initiative for Merck Animal Health, I worked on the user experience and web design for the Safe-Guard^® Canine section of the Merck Animal Health website, a product education and marketing experience focused on canine deworming and parasite prevention. The project required translating a large volume of veterinary and product information into a digital experience that felt clear, structured, and accessible while remaining aligned with Merck Animal Health’s established brand system and broader global web presence.

A central challenge of the project was organizing complex content in a way that could serve multiple audiences, including both pet owners and veterinarians. The experience needed to communicate product details, safety information, educational resources, and dosage guidance without overwhelming users or making the interface feel overly technical. The design approach focused on building a more logical and approachable structure so users could move through the material in a way that felt intuitive, informative, and easy to follow.

I contributed to the development of the information architecture and page layouts across the canine product experience, including product overviews, parasite education resources, dosage information, and supporting tools such as a dosing calculator. The layout system was designed to guide users through educational content in a clear progression, from understanding parasite risks to learning about treatment options and product usage. This helped connect educational messaging with practical product information in a way that supported both awareness and usability.

The resulting experience prioritizes content clarity, visual hierarchy, and responsive layout systems, ensuring that educational information, product details, and interactive tools remain easy to navigate across devices and screen sizes. By combining structured UX thinking with brand-aligned visual design, the project helped create a cohesive digital experience that supports Merck Animal Health’s efforts to educate pet owners and veterinarians about parasite prevention, canine health, and informed product use.
